The lead pump mainly uses the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating impeller to discharge the lead liquid. The difference between lead pump and ordinary centrifugal pump is that the working medium is different, and its specific functions are as follows.

1). The lead pump adopts vertical long shaft rotation (usually more than 2 meters) to keep the driving motor away from the heat source and ensure that the motor can work normally for a long time.

2). The open frame structure is adopted between the main body of the lead pump and the driving device, and the adhesion between the pump and the shell is observed when the lead level is low.

3). A hand wheel is installed on the pump shaft of the lead pump to prevent it from rising, and check whether the impeller and pump housing of the variable-frequency pump are fixed by the low-temperature variable-frequency pump.

4). The impeller and pump shell of the lead extraction pump are made of special all steel, which has the characteristics of contact resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and power saving, thus extending the service life and the original lead extraction.

Scope of application of lead pump: it is used in the working environment of high-temperature transportation of lead liquid, such as the transportation of lead liquid in the comprehensive recovery project of multi metals and the transportation of alloy lead liquid in the smelting process of lead alloy.

Features: the pump shaft, pump shell, impeller, support frame and other heavy objects of the pump are made of high temperature resistant steel, which can operate stably for a long time under high temperature. Equipped with a special heat insulation working platform, it can effectively reduce the heat dissipation of the bearing and motor above the lead pump and prolong its service life.

Performance parameters: the temperature of conveying lead liquid can reach 950 ℃, and the flow rate is more than 20~100t/h.
