Lufeng is a Professional ingot mold design, manufacturing and sales manufacturers in China. ingot mold is a mature product designed, manufactured and sold by our company for ten years. The ingot mold can be filled with copper/lead/zinc/aluminium from 7kg to 2500kg, and the material is heat-resistant cast iron / cast steel, or according to customer requirements. Our ingot molds have served smelters all over the world (Ecuador, Peru, Morocco, Japan, United States, Russia, Vietnam, Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.)

What are the advantages of ingot mold：High temperature resistance;Heat-resistance is up to 1000-1200℃;Exported to more than 20 countries;Technical guidance of experienced engineers from big copper smelters for lead refining process is available.Integrated copper refining plant design available.

Lufeng’s ingot mold is made of heat-resistant cast iron. The logo and size style can be designed according to customer requirements. After casting, we will carry out heat treatment, grinding, machining and other treatments on the mold according to the requirements. The casting cycle of  ingot mold is generally about 35-45 days.Packed in wooden cases or pallets，Ensure the safety of  ingots mold during transportation and the quality of products.
