The charge of blast furnace is generally lump, and the fuel is coke. The furnace charge is added from the furnace top in batches to form a charge column. The air is blown in from the lower tuyere, and the coke burns in the tuyere area, forming a high-temperature smelting area; The furnace charge reacts violently here and melts continuously. During reduction smelting, the melt clarifies in the hearth, releasing metal and slag respectively. During matte smelting, the melt flows into the front bed through this bed, clarifying and separating matte and slag. The hot flue gas passes through the charge and rises to the top of the furnace. During the discharge process, the charge is preheated (when smelting and kneading the concentrate, the concentrate is also sintered), and some smelting chemical reactions occur.

4. Product Details of Copper ore smelting furnace

The furnace body of blast furnace adopts water jacket structure, and the inner wall of water jacket is processed by full folding process of 16mm thick Q345R steel plate, and the outer wall is made of 14mm thick Q235-A steel plate. The outer part of the furnace is made of 16mm235-a steel plate, and the inner part is made of refractory. The support foundation of the hearth is poured with C30 concrete. The water jacket of furnace body is installed after being made and processed in two layers. Each air outlet shall be equipped with air outlet device, one set of metal hose and butterfly valve, which is used to connect the main air pipe and the supporting air pipe. During operation, the air enters the blast furnace through the supporting air pipe, butterfly valve and metal compensator tuyere device, and the air volume is controlled by butterfly valve. The water jacket is installed by Jack and fixed on the frame around the blast furnace. The water inlet and outlet on the water jacket shall be installed according to the requirements of pressure vessel, and the water quantity shall be controlled by ball valve.
