PE electrolyzer is composed of PE inner tank, reinforced concrete shell and external anti-corrosion coating:

1). The liner is made of imported LLDPE (rotational plastic grade) special material, which is integrally formed at one time, without welds. At -40 ℃ ~ 80 ℃, it has the advantages of good impact strength, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, uniform wall thickness, no internal stress damage, no cracking, no leakage, strong weldability, smooth internal and external surfaces, long service life (more than 15 years, Yuguang Gold lead has been used since 1999) and high cost performance. The thickness of the most stressed part at the corner of the product is 0.8 ~ 1.5 times the wall thickness, ensuring the strength of the liner; The "non polarity" characteristics and smooth inner surface of LLDPE material avoid the phenomenon that electrolyte crystals are easy to adhere to the inner wall during electrolysis, and facilitate the removal of bottom anode mud.

2). The reinforced concrete shell is closely combined with the liner, with strong bearing capacity, no deformation as a whole, low cost and easy construction.

3). The external anti-corrosion coating is made of epoxy asphalt paint with two bottoms and two sides, which has strong chemical corrosion resistance and low cost.

Product production acceptance standard:

1). Keep the water level at about 80% of the depth of the electrolytic cell, raise the water temperature to 70-80 ℃, drain water after 24 hours of constant temperature, cool to normal temperature, and then visually check whether there are cracks, bubbles, discoloration, discoloration and other phenomena on the surface of the liner.

2). Keep the water level at about 80% of the depth of the electrolytic cell, and the plumb bob is at any position. Measure the distance from the plumb bob to the inner tank wall. When the water temperature rises to 60 ℃, there should be no obvious deformation on all sides of the inner tank. When the water temperature rises to 70-80 ℃, the maximum deformation on all sides of the inner tank should not exceed 5mm.

3). Above the central position of the electrolytic cell, use a 600*800*8 steel plate with a mass of 30 kg to fall freely at a height of 1.5 meters, and observe whether there are cracks (indentation is allowed) at the impact of the steel plate. If there are cracks (seams) or obvious impact pits, it is considered that the cell body has quality problems.

4). The flatness and smoothness of the tank shall be tested by visual inspection or other tools.

Electrolytic cell installation construction scheme:

(1) Quality objectives and technical requirements.

(2) Take the running track line of the crane (trolley) track as the reference line, the length direction of each electrolytic cell and the center line in the cell as the longitudinal control line, the longitudinal control line is parallel to the reference line, and the longitudinal control error of the cell body is ≤± 3mm.

(3) The parallelism between the horizontal reference line of each column of the electrolytic cell and the running track line of the crane (crane) track is ± 5mm for each group.

(4) The flatness error of each group of electrolytic cell surface is ≤± 5mm.

(5) Levelness error of single electrolytic cell surface ≤± 5mm.

(6) The axis error between each adjacent electrolytic cell is ≤± 3mm.

(7) The center distance between each two rows of electrolytic cells is ± 5mm within the group, and the error between groups is ± 10mm.
