Application: lead or zinc melts are transferred to lead pots, ingots in lead or zinc smelters.

This product can be used for rapid lifting of lead and its alloy liquid, suitable for large tonnage deep pot body, fully automatic casting, reliable working lead pump device and its process.

It includes electrical control, motor, transmission shaft, frame, pump shell, impeller, lead pipe and lead pipe movable joint. There are two connecting flanges at the output end of the transmission shaft. The flange output shaft close to the pump body is fixed with nuts. The impeller is made of steel casting or ductile iron. The center of the impeller has a shaft hole and the pump shell is mounted The lower pump shell is fixed on the upper pump shell by the bolt and the upper pump shell. The operation of the motor is controlled by the electrical control device, and the speed can be adjusted directly on the operation panel with frequency converter.

Lead pump material:

Rotating shaft: 42CrMo;

Impeller nodular: cast iron;

Suitable working temperature:

180 ℃ ~ 550 ℃.

The speed:

About 1440 rpm (can be equipped with frequency control).

Lift: 6m, voltage: 380/415V

Precautions before startup:

1. The rotation direction of impeller is clockwise, and it can not be reversed;

2. Before start-up, put the pump head into the lead liquid to preheat for 10 minutes, and then start the machine when the residual lead melts. It is not suitable to start the machine when the temperature of lead liquid is lower than 180 ℃.

3. When stopping working, the lead pump should be placed vertically on the frame; especially the lead pump lifted out of the lead liquid just now should not be placed horizontally, so as to avoid bending and deformation of the main shaft, and it is not easy to block the pipeline with residual lead liquid.

4. The operation box should be installed 1 meter away from the boiler to avoid the damage to electrical components caused by hot gas and smoke.
