The waste acid treatment equipment in waste lead-acid batteries mainly involves the waste acid resource utilization system, and the specific treatment process is as follows:

Composition of processing system

Wastewater collection tank: used to collect waste acid solution.

Nanofiltration separation system: using membrane technology to separate heavy metals from acid solution, forming nanofiltration produced water and nanofiltration concentrated water.  ‌‌

Reactor: used to adjust pH value and achieve acid-base neutralization.

Evaporation device: recovers sulfuric acid or sodium sulfate through evaporation process.

Ceramic membrane device: further purify wastewater.  ‌‌

The processed waste acid can be converted into two main products:

Purified sulfuric acid: neutralized with hydrated lime to produce gypsum (calcium sulfate).

Yuanming powder: recovered through evaporation process and used for industrial purposes.  ‌‌
