(3) Excellent air tightness. Due to the special sealing structure, the sealability can reach the furnace pressure of 0.5 kPa.

 

(4) Good atmosphere performance. Due to the improvement of air tightness, the furnace space can not only maintain an oxidizing atmosphere (in the air) and a neutral atmosphere (nitrogen or carbon dioxide, etc.), but also pass a reducing gas.

 

(5) Perfect automatic control. The whole equipment adopts a standardized PID intelligent control system, which ensures the operability, reliability and advanced nature of the system. The heating system can set different heating and heating curves according to various process requirements.

 

(6) The small rotary furnace has a small output, which can only be adapted to the experimental and primary synthesis stage of the product, and cannot meet the mass production.

(5) Perfect automatic control. The whole equipment adopts a standardized feedback PID intelligent control system, which ensures the operability, reliability and advancement of the system. The heating system can set different heating curves according to various process requirements.
